Accessibility at Glamping with Llamas

At a Glance

Before booking, please be aware that:

  • We are located on a working llama farm with grass, gravel and uneven ground.

  • Some accommodation has steps and may not be suitable for all guests with reduced mobility.

  • A wheelchair-accessible farm vehicle is available to help guests explore the site and meet our llamas.

  • We encourage guests to discuss any accessibility requirements with us before booking so we can provide honest advice and make reasonable adjustments wherever practical.

Everyone is Welcome

At Glamping with Llamas, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to enjoy the peace and beauty of the countryside. We welcome guests of all ages, backgrounds and abilities, and are committed to providing a friendly, inclusive and supportive environment where every visitor feels valued and respected.

Because every guest's needs are different, we encourage you to contact us before booking so we can discuss any specific requirements and help you decide whether our accommodation and experiences are suitable for you.

Our Rural Setting

Glamping with Llamas is located on a working llama farm in the Norfolk countryside. Whilst this creates a unique and peaceful environment, it also means some areas are naturally uneven, with grass, gravel and farm tracks rather than paved surfaces.

We believe honest information before booking is far more valuable than unexpected surprises after arrival.

Helping You Enjoy Your Visit

Although our rural setting presents some limitations, we continually look for practical ways to make our experiences more accessible.

One example is our wheelchair-accessible farm vehicle, which allows guests with reduced mobility to explore the farm and meet our llamas without needing to walk around the fields. This enables many visitors to enjoy one of the highlights of their stay who might otherwise find it difficult.

As a small family-run business, we offer a highly personal approach. Guests communicate directly with us before arrival, allowing us to discuss mobility requirements, sensory needs, dietary preferences and any other individual considerations. Where practical, we are always happy to make reasonable adjustments to help you enjoy your stay.

Our electric farm vehicle, affectionately named Camion (Peruvian for "truck"), enables guests who may find walking difficult to enjoy more of the farm and spend time with our llamas.
