The Holkham Spring Market is where 50 local artisan producers will be present, offering a diverse array of food, drink, gifts, and crafts to visitors.
Over the Easter weekend 3-5th 2026 April the Spring Fair returns to the Lady Elizabeth Wing showcasing the very best produce, gifts and crafts from over 50 local artisan producers.
Food and drink stalls will feature a range of homemade preserves, freshly baked goods such as bread and cakes, and alcoholic beverages from local distilleries and breweries. Participating producers will include firms like Archangel Distilleries, known for their gin, and Black Shuck, which produces a variety of spirits. Food concessions situated in the courtyard will provide street food options, including gourmet burgers, loaded fries, and Mexican cuisine. The Lady Elizabeth Wing bar will operate a cashless system, serving beverages such as Pimm’s, local cider, prosecco, and beer.
