a pencil drawing of two llamas

A peaceful countryside escape just outside Wisbech, where you can slow down, switch off, and spend time alongside our gentle llama herd.

Stay in your own private space, enjoy simple comforts, and experience something genuinely different.

✔ Small, ethical animal experiences
✔ Calm, quiet setting with space to breathe
✔ Optional extras to make your stay your own

There’s glamping… and then there’s glamping with llamas.

A different kind of countryside stay

Our friendly llamas are at the heart of everything we do, but this is not a petting attraction.

They live naturally, with plenty of time to roam and relax. During your stay, you’ll have the opportunity to meet them properly, learn about their behaviour, and enjoy a calm, guided interaction.

The rest of the time, they simply share the space around you — quietly part of the landscape.

We believe luxury isn’t about excess. It’s about space, calm, and feeling properly away from it all.

Why guests love staying with us

Award-winning glamping

Recognised with a Traveller Review Award, with consistently high guest ratings.

A genuinely calm experience

This is not a busy site. With only a small number of spaces, there is room to breathe, relax and properly switch off.

Something a little different

Staying alongside llamas creates a quiet, memorable experience you won’t find in a standard glamping break.

Personal, thoughtful hosting

We keep things simple, but well considered, so your stay feels easy, relaxed and looked after.

Ethical, animal-first approach

Our llamas’ wellbeing always comes first. If it’s not right for them, it’s not part of the experience.

That’s why so many guests return, and recommend us to others.

Mini FAQ

Where are you located?

We’re based just outside Wisbech in Norfolk, at Faster Lente Llamas, PE14 7AG.

You’ll feel completely in the countryside, while still being within easy reach of local towns, coastlines and amenities.

When do we meet the llamas?

Each stay includes a guided llama interaction session, where you’ll learn about the herd, their behaviour, and enjoy a calm feeding experience.

Outside of this session, the llamas roam freely around their paddock, so you’ll still see them during your stay — just at their own pace.

Are the llamas always available?

To protect their well-being, interactions are guided and limited to one session per day.

The rest of the time, they are free to relax and behave naturally — which is exactly what makes the experience feel genuine.

Is this suitable for couples?

Yes — many of our guests visit for quiet, relaxed breaks.

The setting is calm, private and ideal for switching off, whether that’s a short escape or a special occasion.

Can we celebrate something special?

Absolutely.

We offer optional celebration add-ons including food experiences, flowers and thoughtful extras to help mark the moment without overcomplicating it.

Is it suitable for children?

Yes — families are very welcome.

Children especially enjoy meeting the llamas, and the setting gives them space to explore safely while staying close to nature.

What happens if the weather isn’t great?

The experience is designed to be enjoyable in all seasons.

Your accommodation is fully equipped for comfort, and the atmosphere of the countryside changes beautifully with the weather.

Do we need any experience with animals?

Not at all.

Everything is guided and explained, so you can relax and enjoy the experience, whether it’s your first time around animals or not.

Still unsure? Just contact us — we’re always happy to help you plan your stay.
