Featuring the beautiful Alp Blossom, our Signature Cheese Board brings a taste of the Bavarian Alps to the Fenland countryside.
 
At the heart of the board is 200g of this distinctive Alpine cheese, made using rich milk from Brown Swiss cows. Its smooth, creamy paste has sweet, nutty and gently herbaceous flavours, while the colourful edible rind is hand-coated with dried Alpine flowers and herbs.
 
We pair the cheese with Snowdonia Fig & Apple Chutney, whose natural sweetness complements its savoury, floral character. Snowdonia Wholemeal & Extra Virgin Olive Oil Crackers, fresh red grapes, organic unsulphured dried apricots, pecan halves and walnut halves complete the board.
